What you'll do:

  • Prepare, cook, and present food to company standards
  • Follow recipes and Chef Manager instructions
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and service areas
  • Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner
  • Monitor and record food temperatures and safety checks
  • Carry out cleaning duties as per rota (equipment, walls, floors, crockery, etc.)
  • Support with stock control and occasional special events
  • Report faults, incidents or customer feedback as needed
