Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is looking for a Chef at the Ancient Oak (Ember Inns). You will master our menu, work closely in a team, and deliver dishes you can be proud of for every guest. No CV is needed—the mobile-friendly application path takes just 2 minutes to complete.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in pubs/restaurants preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain high standards.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and mise en place before service.
• Cook dishes to a high standard and be familiar with the menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout kitchen operations.
