Job summary

Prezzo Italian in Cheltenham is seeking a energetic Line Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll work with a passionate crew, keeping dishes moving with pace and pride, while delivering hospitality magic to guests.

You’ll bring energy, team spirit and a can-do attitude to every service, maintaining high standards and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth, enjoyable shift for all.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen with a can-do attitude.
• Strong teamwork and positive energy during busy services.
• Pride in delivering high-quality dishes to guests.
• Willingness to learn and adapt within the kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Support line cooks during service to keep orders flowing.
• Assist with mise en place, plate up and garnish dishes.
• Maintain food quality, speed and cleanliness on shift.
