Job summary

Bill's Restaurants in Cardiff is seeking a Chef to join our kitchen team. You will work with others to ensure dishes arrive on time, uphold quality, and be ready for service during busy periods.

We value teamwork, consistency, and proactive preparation. The role includes monthly training sessions, access to mental health support, and clear opportunities for career progression within our growing group.

• Quality – do you have a standard you work to, can you keep the food you cook consistent throughout your shift?
• Ready, Set, Service – being on top of your tasks and set for service, we know our peaks when we are out our busiest, we need you to make sure you are ready and prepared for the day ahead.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure dishes arrive together and on time.
• Maintain high quality and consistency across all dishes during shifts.
• Be prepared for peak service and stay on top of tasks to support the team.
