Bella Italia is seeking a Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team in the UK. You will be responsible for organising and delivering high-quality dishes across sections, collaborating with the kitchen team to meet menu specs, and guiding junior staff.

• Organise, coordinate, and deliver service across one or more sections in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to produce dishes to specification.
• Support and guide kitchen assistants and porters.
• Ensure your section is prepped and organized for service.
• Maintain a spotless kitchen with high standards of cleanliness.
