Job summary

Loungers plc is looking for an enthusiastic Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll cook to spec, support the Head Chef with prep and service, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly from prep to plate.

Expect to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork. This flexible hourly role includes tips and a day-one discount on meals and drinks across our brands.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• A passion for quality food and consistent standards.
• Ability to work well with a busy kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
