Chef (Temporary Cover)

Location: Bristol – BS1
Dates: Thursday 31st October, Monday 3rd November & Tuesday 4th November
Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm
Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour

We're looking for an experienced Chef to provide short-term cover across three shifts. You'll be leading a small kitchen team, preparing and serving a range of food for a busy coffee shop and deli‑style service.

Duties

• Preparing and serving hot food, jacket potatoes, sausage rolls, pasties, and deli items
• Supporting and leading a small kitchen team during service
• Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
• Ensuring smooth service and quality presentation throughout the day

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef
• Confident leading a small team
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (essential)
• Must have chef whites, knives, and safety shoes (or suitable chef crocs)
• Reliable and available for all listed dates
