Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited's Harvester brand is hiring a Chef at the Golden Fleece in Brentwood. You’ll master the menu, work in a busy kitchen and deliver dishes guests are proud to share with family and friends.

You’ll cook to spec and maintain top cleanliness and safety standards. You’ll enjoy flexible shifts, generous discounts across brands, Wagestream access, paid qualifications, progression opportunities, pension, 28 days holiday, and employee support.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a busy kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and mise en place before service.
• Cook and plate dishes to specification and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across kitchen areas.
