Job summary

The Swan with Two Necks is seeking Seasonal Chefs to support our kitchen teams through the festive period. Roles include both full-time and part-time shifts with hourly rates up to £13.50 for 21+, plus a share of the service charge.

Seasonal contract until early January 2027, with potential to stay on permanently. Responsibilities include prepping and cooking to spec during busy services, running a section, delivering Christmas menus and large party bookings, and maintaining a clean, food-safe

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience – Chef de Partie, Commis or similar.
• Able to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Good knowledge of food safety.
• Available for shifts over Christmas, including evenings and weekends.

Job description

We’re looking for Seasonal Chefs to join our kitchen teams over the Christmas period. It’s our busiest time of year, and we need experienced, reliable chefs to help us deliver great food through a packed festive season.

What we offer:

• Up to £13.50 per hour – around £405 a week based on 30 hours
• A share of the service charge on top of your pay
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Food on shift
• 30% discount when you dine at any Parogon restaurant
• Seasonal contract until early January 2027, with the opportunity to stay on permanently
  Our hourly rates: up to £13.50 (21+), up to £12.50 (18–20), up to £11.50 (under 18).
