Job summary

The White Swan is a forthcoming Junior Sous Chef role within Mitchells & Butlers looking for someone who loves great food, training teams, and making guests smile. You’ll lead a kitchen section and guide your team to work as one, upholding brand standards and delivering top quality on every shift.
