Job summary

Brewpoint!!!! in Bedford is seeking a chef to prepare, cook and present exceptional dishes, upholding our high standards and guest satisfaction. You will take pride in cleanliness, safety and accurate portion control while maintaining stock & storage conditions.

We seek a proactive individual with at least 6 months of chef experience who is eager to learn, grow with the team and deliver their best on every service. Great benefits accompany this role.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Position

Your Role As Chef

• Prepare, cook and present perfect food in accordance with company standards therefore exceeding guest satisfaction at every eating occasion
• Taking PRIDE in maintaining highest standards of cleanliness
• Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Adhering accurately and consistently to portion controls
• Carrying out stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life, including maintaining correct storage conditions
• Ensuring the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest of standards with regards to cleanliness and maintenance

Requirements
