Job summary

Falco Lounge is hiring a Chef to join the busy kitchen team. Loungers plc operates in England and Wales with 300+ sites. The role offers up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and a 50% food and drink discount from day one. Flexible hours with opportunities for career development and a supportive team.

You will cook to spec, assist the Head Chef, and maintain high standards from prep to plate in a busy, collaborative kitchen.

Qualifications

• Passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Energetic with a positive attitude and strong pace.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec (tapas, all-day Lounge breakfasts).
• Support Head Chef with prep, service and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Collaborate with FOH to deliver a great guest experience.
