Job summary

Three Crowns, part of Vintage Inns, is seeking a part-time chef to master our menu and work as part of a tight-knit team. You’ll create dishes guests love and take pride in serving food that keeps customers coming back.

The role is based in our countryside pubs, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We offer flexible shifts, staff discounts across our brands, Wagestream access, opportunities for paid qualifications, and routes for progression within Mitchells & Butlers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or chef preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and mise en place before service.
• Cook and plate dishes to the menu specifications.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
