Job summary

Accent Catering Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Chef for our Arlesey site. You will craft menus and meals for students, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The role supports school catering operations and emphasizes nutritious, tasty offerings during term time.

The position is 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am–3pm, with a 30-minute break. Salary is £15.30 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and ongoing development within a leading UK school catering provider.

• Experience as a chef in catering or school environment.
• Excellent craft skills and ability to manage workload.
• Knowledge of food safety and health and safety.

We play an important part in students learning and development, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion about ensuring that our future generations are provided with nutritious and delicious food, while also inspiring them to lead a healthier lifestyle.

The Chef is responsible for supporting the culinary operations within the school, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional food service.

Excellent craft skills and the ability to manage your own workload

The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime as required.
