Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting a Chef for our Merlin venues in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on mastering our menus, delivering high-quality dishes, and contributing to a welcoming guest experience.

You will work as part of a team, prepare ingredients ahead of service, and ensure food cleanliness and safety standards are met. This position offers flexibility with shifts and access to development opportunities across Premium Country Pubs.
