A national property group based in Birmingham is seeking a Chartered Surveyor to conduct Red Book valuations across the Midlands. What you will be doing

We are looking for Chartered Valuation Surveyor to undertake Red Book valuations, primarily for Secured Lending purposes, for properties located across the West and East Midlands.

This long established Practice brings together a wide range of expertise in surveying, valuation and property development, all under one roof. This means that they can offer their clients a complete range of services in the commercial, industrial, retail and residential sectors.

• Produce Red Book Valuation reports in a timely manner
