The Opportunity

A leading property consultancy is growing its Leeds Valuation team and is seeking an experienced Chartered Surveyor to play a key role in an established, ambitious department. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive business where your expertise will directly influence continued success.

You’ll be delivering high-quality, RICS-compliant valuation work across a broad range of commercial and residential assets. From carrying out inspections and due diligence to analysing market evidence and supporting Landlord & Tenant instructions, you’ll be involved in varied, meaningful work with plenty of scope to develop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out valuations across multiple property sectors, including retail, office, industrial, and residential.
  • Prepare accurate, detailed valuation reports in line with RICS standards.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, offering tailored, commercial advice.
  • Conduct market and comparable research to support valuations and strategic guidance.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall team development.
  • Identify opportunities to support business growth and enhance service offerings.
  • Ensure full compliance with professional, regulatory and legal standards.
About You
  • MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer.
  • Experienced in commercial and/or residential property valuations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of valuation methodologies and property markets.
