Job summary

A property services company is seeking an experienced Chartered Surveyor in East London. This role focuses on housing disrepair, particularly damp and mould diagnosis across residential properties. Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

We're working in partnership with a property services company to recruit an experienced Chartered Surveyor. This role is focused on housing disrepair, with a strong emphasis on damp and mould diagnosis across residential properties. You’ll carry out inspections, provide technical reports, support legal proceedings, and help deliver high-quality, customer-focused repairs.

Key Requirements
  • MRICS or MCIOB qualified (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of housing disrepair legislation
  • Experience diagnosing and managing damp/mould cases
  • Excellent report writing and stakeholder management skills
  • Background in social housing or public sector desirable
