You will lead day-to-day operations, review designs, mentor engineers, manage client relationships and help win larger opportunities, with a salary of £70,000 - £76,000 plus bonus and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Chartered Structural Engineer with MIStructE or MICE membership.
• Experience on UK residential, refurbishment and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Structural Engineering team.
• Review and approve structural designs, calculations and reports.
• Act as the senior technical authority across engineering projects.
• Develop client relationships and manage key accounts.
• Support business development and secure larger project opportunities.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers.
