Job summary

A premier UK consultancy in Central London is looking for a Technical Director to oversee and develop their team. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered member of IStructE and/or ICE, with extensive experience in structural engineering design and team management in a consultancy environment. This role involves managing diverse project workloads, including significant commercial and residential developments, and provides opportunities for career advancement alongside fellow Directors.

• Chartered membership with IStructE and/or ICE is essential.
• Substantial experience in structural engineering design is required.
• Proven experience in managing teams and projects within UK consultancy.

Premier Central London consultancy has a requirement for a (Structural) Technical Director to join the expanding head office

Candidates need to be a Chartered member of IStructE and/or ICE and must have extensive structural engineering design, project and team-running experience gained in UK consultancy. They should be capable of managing, developing, and growing an existing team as well providing technical assistance and undertaking Client management.

Current workload is a diverse mixture of both new-build and refurbishment developments across London and the South East with project values up to £200million in commercial, residential, leisure, education, and retail sectors.
