A leading surveying consultancy in the UK is seeking a Chartered Senior Building Surveyor to lead their Building Surveying Team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Building Surveying, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing complex projects. Responsibilities include providing high-quality service in contract procurement and supporting business objectives. The role offers opportunities for professional development and is open to discussions about flexible working arrangements.
Our dedicated Building Surveying Team at RLB proactively undertake surveys and project manage schemes in addition to providing various other services, including contract administration, employer’s agent, project monitoring, specification writing, condition surveys, neighbourly matters and dilapidations.
We are a sector focused business custodial operating and investing in Commercial, Education, Retail, Healthcare, Public Sector and Residential clients and projects. Surveyors work in close contact with their clients, advising them, amongst other things, on financial and legal matters that arise during the projects. We pride ourselves on the quality of our service to our clients and enjoy long term relationships them.
We are currently recruiting for a Chartered Senior Building Surveyor with surveying expertise, as well as project management and employer's agent expertise, This is an exciting opportunity for a high calibre individual to lead and develop a team to strengthen our department and further develop the business by working closely with our existing clients and developing new business.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive proactive approach to the role, and will be committed to delivering service excellence, with good commercial results.
