We are looking for a Chartered or Senior Building Surveyor to work for in Central London for developers and institutional investors. Focused on commercial projects, leading office refurbs, cut and carve, and larger developments. Pre-acquisition advice, Technical Due Diligence and Dilapidations are the primary focus of the workload in addition with Project Management responsibilities. This role would suit someone who is client facing, offers exacting advice and wants to be rewarded and recognised for it.
