Job summary

S1jobs is seeking a Chartered Residential Surveyor to deliver residential valuation and survey services in line with RICS standards across Scotland. You will inspect properties and produce home reports, mortgage valuations, and private surveys while managing your own workload.

MRICS or FRICS qualification is required; you should have strong knowledge of the Scottish residential market, excellent communication, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• MRICS or FRICS (Residential pathway) required.
• Experience carrying out residential surveys and valuations.
• Strong knowledge of the Scottish residential market.

Responsibilities

• Deliver residential valuation and survey services in line with RICS standards.
• Carry out property inspections and produce home reports, mortgage valuations, and private surveys.
• Manage workload and diary to ensure timely report delivery with excellent service.
