Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of major upcoming commissions, the business is seeking an accomplished Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with proven experience delivering schemes within the Healthcare sector. As a Chartered Cost Manager / PQS, you will play a pivotal role in advising and delivering cost management services across a diverse range of healthcare projects-including acute hospital developments, clinical refurbishments, community healthcare facilities, and major capital investment programmes.
The role can be structured on a full-time or part-time basis, with workload, project responsibilities, and working patterns tailored accordingly, while maintaining exposure to high-quality, career-defining projects.
While healthcare will be your core focus, you will also have opportunities to contribute to commissions across commercial, residential, education, and public-sector portfolios-providing genuine variety and the opportunity to broaden your professional footprint within a globally recognised practice.
