What You’ll Do
As a Chartered Management Degree Apprentice, you’ll take on a supervisory role from day one, gaining hands‑on experience leading teams, managing operations, and making decisions that drive results. You’ll combine your academic learning with practical management experience, ensuring you can apply what you study directly in the workplace.

About the Team
You’ll work in one of our operational sites – the heart of Amazon’s customer experience – leading and developing teams in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment. Our operations include everything from fulfilment centres and delivery stations to corporate support teams. Each site provides unique opportunities to learn, lead, and deliver results. While you’ll be placed within a specific site, you’ll collaborate with leaders across Amazon’s network to share ideas and best practices.
Successful apprentices may progress into management roles across our operations network or other business functions, continuing to grow their leadership and business expertise within Amazon.
Basic Qualifications
- UK national, non‑UK national with right to work in the UK, or EU national with settled status in the UK
- Lived in the UK, an EEA country, or a British Overseas Territory for 3 years or more prior to commencing the apprenticeship (September 2026)
- Right to live and work in England; visa must allow legal work and residence in England for entire duration until March 2030
- Resident in the UK for entire duration of programme
- Not registered on another UK government‑funded course ending August 2026 or later
- 18 years old or older before entering an Amazon building (September 2026)
- At least 5 GCSEs C grade (grade 4) or above including Maths and English
- At least 3 A Levels at grade C or above (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role (beneficial but not essential)
- Statement of Comparability for non‑UK qualifications supported by UK ENIC
- Funding eligibility will be reviewed; offers are subject to funding approval
- Position is a 42‑month fixed‑term contract; candidate must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level
