About the Team
You’ll work in one of our operational sites – the heart of Amazon’s customer experience – leading and developing teams in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment. Each site offers unique opportunities to learn, lead and deliver results, and you will collaborate with leaders across Amazon’s network.
Basic Qualifications
- UK national, non‑UK national with right to work in the UK, or EU national with settled status.
- Lived in the UK, an EEA country or a British Overseas Territory for 3 years or more prior to commencement.
- Right to live and work in England for the entire duration of the programme until March 2030.
- Resident in the UK for the entire duration of the programme.
- Not registered on another UK government‑funded course ending August 2026 or later.
- Minimum age 18 before entry to an Amazon building.
- At least 5 GCSEs C grade or above, including Maths and English.
- Three A Levels at grade C or above (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role (beneficial but not essential).
- Statement of Comparability for qualifications obtained outside the UK, if required.
- Funding eligibility is reviewed; offers subject to funding approval.
- Candidate must not already hold a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level.
- Assumes the candidate has little or no knowledge/experience of the occupation.
