Job summary

Cordus Law Limited is seeking a Chartered Legal Executive to join our specialist team handling military and industrial disease claims. You will manage a caseload pre- and post-litigation, liaise with clients, insurers and Counsel, and contribute to strategy and witness statements.

The role offers hybrid/home/office working and requires 2–5 years PQE with a valid practising certificate. Experience in military claims is desirable; PI/EL/PL experience will be considered.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive with a valid Practising Certificate (SRA) or CPQ.
• 2–5 years PQE.
• Experience in military claims and/or industrial disease is desirable; post-litigation PI/EL/PL experience will be considered.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and client care skills.
• IT literate with working knowledge of case management software, ideally Proclaim.
• Flexibility to work outside normal office hours may occasionally be required.
• Birthday leave.
• Hybrid/home/office working available.
• Professional fee/subscription coverage (subject to role)

Cordus Law is a specialist legal practice, assisting veterans and active-duty service members secure compensation for injuries suffered during service. We are seeking aChartered Legal Executive, ideallywith experience in military and/or industrial disease claims, to join our growing team. Post-litigation PI/EL/PL experience will also be considered.
