Job summary

Architecture Vogue is seeking a highly skilled Chartered Building Surveyor to join our Surrey team. The role focuses on surveying and conservation projects, including work on historic buildings and listed structures.

You would contribute to surveys, reports, and repair schemes while developing within a supportive team. A driving licence for site visits is preferred, and opportunities exist to advance to senior roles as the team grows.

Qualifications

Fully qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), AssocRICS considered.
Proven experience in the built environment.
Strong knowledge of Listed Building Consent, planning regulations, and construction processes.
Excellent organisational and multi-project management skills.
Effective communication with clients, contractors and regulators.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed condition surveys using advanced surveying equipment and techniques.
Prepare accurate survey reports using Office, AutoCAD, scans and photogrammetry.
Lead designer for conservation projects and work with Church clients and Conservation bodies.
Design repair schemes and manage the Consents process.
Provide expert advice on all aspects of building surveying.
