Job summary

TED RECRUITMENT is seeking an Associate Geotechnical Engineer to join a leading London office in Southwark. You will lead a geotechnical team on infrastructure, regeneration, and masterplanning projects.

Chartered Geotechnical Engineer with strong leadership, bid preparation experience, and excellent client communication is required. You will manage technical and commercial aspects and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Must be a Chartered Geotechnical Engineer with leadership experience.
• Ability to head up a team and manage technical and commercial matters.
• Excellent communication to liaise with professionals and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical team on projects across sectors.
• Prepare bids for projects and assist in large commissions.
• Conduct site visits, surveys and inspections; manage deliverables.
