Qualifications

  • Degree in Building Surveying required.
  • MRICS status or commitment to achieving chartership.
  • Experience in surveys, dilapidations, project work or clerk of works necessary.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and NBS beneficial.
  • Must be organised, proactive, and commercially aware.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a broad range of building surveying services from inception to completion.
  • Lead and support commissions across dilapidations, condition surveys, PPMs, and pre-acquisition work.
  • Prepare and manage specifications, tender documents, and contractor assessments.
  • Act as Contract Administrator across various projects.
  • Lead on party wall and neighbourly matters.
