Job summary

IStructE Limited is seeking an Associate Structural Engineer to join their team at the expanding head office in North West Kent. The ideal candidate must be a Chartered member of IStructE and/or ICE, with strong design, project management, and team-running skills on new-build developments.

This role offers excellent salary and benefits, with opportunities for career progression, in a hybrid work-from-home policy. You will manage a variety of projects, including high and low-rise developments across London and the South East.

Qualifications

• Chartered member of IStructE and/or ICE required.
• Proven design and project management experience on new-build developments.
• Ability to manage and mentor junior staff essential.

Responsibilities

• Join a team working on high-rise and low-rise developments.
• Manage projects with values up to £150 million.
• Contribute to residential, commercial, leisure, and education sectors.
