Qualifications

• Chartered Planner / RTPI member, with recognised professional status.
• Broad planning experience across residential, commercial, leisure, energy and heritage sectors is preferred.
• Must hold a full driving licence.

• Leading and managing planning projects from start to finish.
• Preparing appraisals, applications, and appeals.
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business growth.
