Job Overview

We are recruiting for a Shop Supervisor to join our diverse and engaged team in our shop. It’s a great opportunity to deliver positive social impact in the local community and contribute to funding the vital work of SCT.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards on the shop floor.
  • Support volunteers to provide excellent customer service.
  • Involve in stock selection, pricing and merchandising.
  • Engage the shop within the local community, onboarding new volunteers.
  • Assist Managers and Assistant Managers to achieve goals, using your initiative as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Retail experience or experience of working within a busy environment.
  • Providing a high standard of customer service and dealing effectively with conflicting priorities.
  • Strong administrative skills, including use of all Microsoft packages.
  • Solution focused, resilient, with a high level of attention to detail and excellent organisation and prioritisation skills to manage a busy and diverse workload.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal with challenging situations and individuals with a range of needs.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram and keen eye for fashion trends.
Remuneration & Hours

£20,175.6 per year. Part‑time (4 days per week over 7 days). Permanent.
