Overview

Red Recruitment is recruiting a Charity Fundraiser to join a Bristol-based telephone fundraising agency. This is a temporary position with an hourly rate of £12.21. The suitable candidate will have previous customer service experience and strong communication skills.

Benefits and Package
  • Salary: £12.21 per hour
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm
  • Contract: Temporary
  • Location: Bristol City Centre
  • Full training will be provided with continuous support week to week
  • No weekend work
  • Food available for breakfast and lunch
  • Option to provide support for your preferred sector of charities
Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting warm calls to both new and existing donors
  • Ensuring all legal declarations and compliance is followed as per the guidelines
  • Achieving the balance of campaign targets whilst ensuring the call is a positive experience for the supporter
  • Updating databases and logging correspondence accurately
  • Offering detailed information about the charity and how donations are used

  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
