Job Description


  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial alignment with organisational goals.

  • Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to stakeholders.

  • Monitor financial performance and highlight key variances or risks.

  • Support the preparation of funding applications and grant reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.

  • Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems.


The Successful Applicant


  • Qualified ACCA/CIMA or Equivalent

  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

  • Experience in the Accounting & Finance sector, ideally within a not-for-profit organisation.

  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.

  • Happy to travel to London on the odd occasion for meetings if needed.

  • Must be based in the UK.
