Job summary

Qualifications

• Paralegal or candidate with ~1 year of experience.
• Experience in charity or commercial contracts is advantageous.
• Exposure to drafting and reviewing basic commercial contracts.
• Understanding of commercial contracts principles.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and administering contracts within the contract management system.
• Inputting and maintaining contract data and records.
• Drafting first drafts of NDAs, Service Agreements, and Consultancy Agreements.
• Supporting stakeholders with contract-related queries across the organisation.
• Assisting with contract life-cycle management processes.
• Building strong relationships and championing legal processes.
• Conducting fact-finding to support legal matters.
