Job description

Supervision, across a 24/7 shift pattern, of a Porters Team at a busy Hospital in Basingstoke, working shift patterns. Responsible to the Portering & Security Lead.

Responsibilities
  • Supervision and management of a Porters Team across 24/7 shift patterns, ensuring hospital demands are met.
  • Coordinating movement of patients, goods and equipment between departments.
  • Engaging in emergency response arrangements, including fire alarm activations and support to security where required.
