Job summary
Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Charge Nurse for Cotswold Spa Hospital to lead a team providing high-quality care to young people with complex mental health needs. You will support and mentor the nursing team, ensuring smooth daily operations in a CAMHS-focused environment.

Qualifications
- NMC registration as RMN or RNLD.
- Experience in CAMHS or adolescent mental health.
- Leadership experience in a nursing team.
- Commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice.
Responsibilities
- Oversee high-quality care for women with complex mental health needs.
- Lead and coordinate nursing care and delivery of clinical services.
- Delegate tasks and coordinate with other teams.
- Monitor service users’ conditions and respond to changes.
- Liaise between nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
