About the Role
Our channel business represents 70% of Adobe’s EMEA Digital Media revenue, making this role a key contributor to one of the most strategically meaningful and high‑growth areas within Adobe.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business sales revenue and retention rates across designated Partner Accounts in EMEA.
- Manage overall performance of allocated partners, building and maintaining strong business relationships and setting clear expectations with partner executives.
- Grow partner revenue through new business, upsells and innovative sales motions that unlock further customer value.
- Build and lead individual/family Quarterly Business Plans with partners to ensure strategies and tactics for profitable sales growth.
- Review, analyze and understand current and past partner performance trends, highlighting causes of unexpected variance for course correctionli>
- Evaluate partners against the local partner ecosystem to ensure performance meets or exceeds encouraged levels and the Adobe partner landscape is balanced.
- Communicate proactively with partners and share information with sales operations, marketing and other key internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Expert Senior Channel Account Manager with a demonstrable record of meeting sales targets in a multi‑national technology business.
- Comfortable working at pace and adapting to changing business needs and priorities.
- Systems‑capable mindset, an agile learner able to navigate multiple platforms in a fast‑paced environment.
