Universal Music Group UK is seeking a Creative Curator and Digital Content Manager to drive the distribution of our catalogue and new content across digital channels. You will curate engaging clips, collaborate with the VP and SVP, and shape channel strategies to grow our audience.

You will lead practical clip creation, manage schedules, and partner with marketing and content teams to maximise impact on YouTube and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience as a Channel Manager.
• Ability to autonomously run paid media campaigns.
• Experience clipping own material and crafting digital clips.
• Strong writing skills with sharp attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital curator for catalogue and new content on primary platforms.
• Clip and repurpose archive material for distribution across channels, especially YouTube.
• Manage upload schedules and channel branding with senior digital leaders.
• Develop and launch new channel brands to grow audience reach.
• Collaborate with the digital content team to support promotions and strategies.
• Support cross‑functional teams with creative concepts for launches.
• Monitor platform updates and evolving best practices in digital media.
