Job summary

Electronic Arts in Guildford, UK offers a 12-month paid internship starting July 2027, with a hybrid work model (3 days onsite minimum). You will join the Global Commercial Operations Channel Delivery team to ensure timely delivery of assets for Console & PC across platforms.

You will collaborate with Digital Merchandising, Content Adaptation and Brand Marketing to drive successful launches while gaining exposure to operations, go-to-market planning, and asset management in a gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Penultimate-year undergraduate student with a planned placement year.
• Available to commence a full-time, 12-month placement in July 2027.
• Eligible to work in Guildford, UK without visa or relocation support.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Operations to support go-to-market release schedules across multiple time zones.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with Merchandising and Brand Marketing to align on operational priorities.
• Coordinate and deliver digital marketing assets across multiple platforms and channels to meet product deadlines.
• Conduct post-launch reviews on major title releases to highlight workflow improvements.

The Challenge Ahead

As part of the Global Commercial Operations Channel Delivery team, you will be part of the team responsible for executing our plans across all channels, storefronts and partners. This involves ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of all EA assets for Console & PC across all platforms and digital channels.

This program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our operations and develop your skills in different areas. As well as working with various Global Operations teams, you will also work closely with cross-functional teams including Digital Merchandising, Content Adaptation and Brand Marketing to deliver exceptional gaming experiences and achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities

Eligibility

• You are currently studying in your penultimate year of an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree with a planned placement year (not a Masters or Graduate student)
• You are available to commence a full-time, 12-month placement in July 2027.
• You are eligible to work in Guildford, UK without additional visa or relocation support.
