Job Description

As a Production Print CAM focused on the Canon Production Printing Partner Channel, you will play a lead role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share by supporting, developing, and enabling Canon‑authorized channel partners. You will act as a strategic liaison between Canon and its resellers, focusing on building strong business relationships, providing sales support, and executing go‑to‑market initiatives to support and develop partners to achieve their production print equipment sales goals and annual revenue aspirations.

You will work with the Account CAM, to raise the profile and awareness of the Canon production hardware and software portfolio. You will take ownership of all opportunities for products and services under Canon’s Production Print offering using strong territory and account management to increase profitability and market share through sales to existing and new partners. Embed the Canon brand and maximise Canon share of sales within the Canon partner network and develop Canon reputation as a supplier through valued business relationships and behaviour ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through details and agreed action / business plans.

Responsibilities
  • Support customer demonstrations for the partners
  • In conjunction with London and Birmingham showroom complete partner / customer print samples
  • Build machine specification and ensure all components are correct
  • Pricing requests for LGEM and large opportunities
  • Answer technical questions or source the answer from the relevant departments within Canon
  • Liaise with partners, end customers, service and order management on installations completed by Canon on behalf of partners
  • Work with internal teams to support partners with production print requirements
  • Lead by example promoting Canon wider offering to partners and sales teams
  • Ensure all activities in the accounts are captured and recorded in the business plans and SFDC
  • Driving Sales through close collaboration with marketing and sales excellence function and the Business Generation resources
  • Generate and grow business within the accounts ensuring objectives, spend targets and rebates outlined in the business plans are tracked and managed
  • Drive Business development through participation in sales meetings, training, conference, and events to achieve mind share within partners sales force and customers
  • Support partners with technical and sales collateral for bids and tender opportunities
  • Best Practice Sharing with cross CUK business units
  • Work in collaboration with other business units to provide the partners with the wider exposure to Canon added value propositions
  • Drive sales enablement actions, sales operations and sales planning activities defined in sales excellence through partners
