Join us as Change Portfolio Director, IAM

  • In this critical role, you’ll be leading the Identity & Access Management (IAM) portfolio delivery team, across architecture, engineering, infrastructure and governance to deliver a multi-year IAM transformation programme encompassing Identity governance, machine identity, privileged access management and directory services
  • We’ll look to you to deliver sustainable change to our IAM operating environment, on behalf of multiple business areas within group-wide portfolio
  • You'll be joining aforward thinking and collaborative environment, where you can expect great visibility for you and your work as you work with a range of stakeholders
What you'll do

As Change Portfolio Director, IAM, you’ll plan and deliver transformation programmes of work. You’ll be responsible for cohesive demand forecasting across the assigned portfolio to enable effective resource management in order to meet a committed and baselined plan of record.

We’ll look to you to lead the direction on, and team oversight of, working relationships with key business stakeholders and senior management to support the understanding of the businesses risk appetite with respect to the technology service provision.

Your role will also involve:

  • Accountability for the delivery of large transformational change along with defining and maintaining a multi-year IAM delivery roadmap
  • Overseeing multiple projects within the change programme and ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the programme
  • Monitoring costs and expenditure against forecast and realised benefits
  • Oversight of accurate project status and financial reporting
  • Making sure that the risk associated with change implementation and business awareness and readiness is fully understood
  • Delivering change transformation within time and budget while ensuring audit compliance is maintained through delivery
  • Team leadership and motivating a diverse team across multiple locations
  • Identification, assessment and mitigation of risks associated with the change portfolio
The skills you'll need

Alongside a background of working in a regulatory environment, you’ll need experience of working in a technology environment, preferably within financial services, as well as the ability to operate and influence at an executive level and create a collaborative culture across the divisions or functions supported.

You’ll also demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience in cyber security with a proven track record in IAM programme delivery
  • Deep technical expertise in IAM implementation and delivery
  • Experience with regulatory frameworks such as PCI, SOX and NIST
  • Extensive experience with the delivery of on-prem and cloud-based IAM solutions
  • Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills with a commitment to excellence
  • A delivery focussed working style with third-party supplier management experience
  • Commercial awareness, experience of RFI, RFP and commercial negotiations
