Change Manager – Finance & Procurement
Location: Staffordshire (Remote/Hybrid Working)
Contract: Temporary (6‑months initial)
Rate: £450.00 per day (Outside IR35)
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the change management strategy for the Finance & Procurement (P2P) workstream within the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Collaborate with project, finance, procurement, and IT teams to ensure smooth transition to new processes.
- Engage and influence stakeholders across the organisation to drive adoption and embed new behaviours.
- Develop and deliver change, communication, and training plans across Finance and Procurement.
- Support business readiness assessments, impact analysis, and transition planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring risks and issues related to change are identified and addressed.
- Provide hands‑on support to ensure the organisation is prepared for go‑live and post‑implementation stabilisation.
Candidate Criteria
- Essential: Proven experience as a Change Manager on major ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA or similar).
- Strong understanding of Finance & Procurement (P2P) processes.
- Experience working within Local Government or wider Public Sector transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Confident, personable, and able to build relationships quickly.
- Demonstrable ability to lead transformation initiatives end‑to‑end.
- Change Management qualification (e.g., Prosci, APMG, ACMP) desirable.
