Job summary

Blackburn with Darwen Council is looking for an exceptional Change Manager to lead transformation across Adult Social Care and other services. A key role in Adult Social Care transformation

A significant focus of this role will be supporting transformation across Adult Social Care.

Working closely with operational leaders, practitioners and partners, you'll help deliver change that improves outcomes for adults and carers, supports independence and wellbeing, and ensures services remain sustainable for the future.

This is a rare opportunity to combine professional change expertise with genuinely purpose-driven work, helping shape services that have a direct impact on people's lives.

You'll join a supportive and ambitious Digital & IT team, working alongside programme managers, project managers, business analysts, service designers and technical specialists to deliver some of the Council's most important transformation priorities.
