This is a key role in ensuring that all changes across our global IT landscape are managed in a controlled, consistent, and well-governed manner. You’ll be the central point of contact for all change activity, driving process compliance and minimising risk to business-critical services.
You’re a detail-oriented and process-driven professional who thrives on structure and governance. You have a natural ability to balance risk with business agility, ensuring changes are delivered smoothly without compromising service stability. Your communication skills make you a trusted advisor to stakeholders, and you’re passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.
