A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking experienced Change Managers to lead change initiatives for a London university post-merger. Candidates should have a relevant Change Management qualification and experience in driving change within Higher Education or public sector. The role offers a hybrid working model and a daily rate up to £500 for a 6/7 month interim contract.

As part of this exciting integration phase, we are recruiting experienced Change Managers to lead and support change initiatives related to the continued operational integration of the university following the merger.
Job responsibilities include:
Candidate profile:
Daily rate: up to £500
Contract type: interim for 6/7 months
Working hours: Full-time and part time working arrangement will be considered
Location: Central London (hybrid working with 60% time on site)
