About the Opportunity

We’re working with a rapidly expanding organisation that’s investing heavily in its transformation and change capability to support ambitious growth plans. As Change Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, shaping, and embedding strategic initiatives that improve how the organisation operates – ensuring changes deliver genuine value for both customers and members.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading business-wide transformation, thrives in dynamic environments, and is motivated by the opportunity to create lasting organisational impact.

The Role

As a Change Manager, you’ll take responsibility for guiding teams and stakeholders through a variety of change programmes – ensuring each one is well-defined, well-communicated, and successfully adopted.

Responsibilities
  • Defining and planning change initiatives in collaboration with senior leaders, setting clear objectives, outcomes, and measures of success.
  • Owning the change roadmap, from early scoping and impact assessment through to implementation, embedding, and benefits realisation.
  • Engaging and supporting stakeholders across the organisation – ensuring alignment, clear communication, and strong collaboration throughout the change journey.
  • Managing reporting and governance, tracking progress, risks, and dependencies, and escalating where required.
  • Analysing data and performance metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Driving continuous improvement, reviewing existing processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and introduce sustainable solutions – including automation and efficiency tools where relevant.
  • Ensuring business readiness, by preparing people, processes, and systems for new ways of working and ensuring updated documentation, controls, and training are in place.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end change initiatives using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of continuous improvement approaches such as Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, or Kaizen.
  • Experience in process optimisation and automation, ideally including Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • Ability to design and implement governance, controls, and process documentation to support effective change delivery.
  • A flexible and creative approach to problem-solving, with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working.
  • Excellent analytical and data skills, including strong Excel capability.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset and the ability to operate autonomously within a small, agile team.
