Job description

Curious what it's like to drive transformation at Enfield? Here's a glimpse into a typical week as a Change Manager in our Digital Services team… ~~Monday~~ You start the week energised, meeting with project teams to map out the week's change activities. You're the bridge between Digital Services and business areas, ensuring everyone understands the vision and is equipped for what's ahead. Today, you're designing a change plan for a new digital platform-collaborating with stakeholders, identifying interdependencies, and setting clear goals for benefits realisation. ~~Tuesday~~ It's all about engagement. You run a workshop with business change champions, using your expertise to break down barriers and inspire ownership of new ways of working. Later, you work with suppliers to tailor training materials, making sure every team member feels confident and supported as they adapt to new systems and processes. ~~Wednesday~~ You join a cross-council meeting to discuss the rollout of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI tools. Your role? To ensure these innovations are embedded smoothly, risks are managed, and opportunities for efficiency are maximised. In the afternoon, you review project documentation, tracking progress and ensuring benefits are on course to be delivered. ~~Thursday~~ No two days are the same. Today, you're supporting a Project Manager on a major transformation initiative, helping to troubleshoot challenges and keep delivery on track. You liaise with senior managers, providing constructive challenge and creative solutions to improve customer experience and drive continuous improvement. ~~Friday~~ You wrap up the week by analysing feedback from staff and stakeholders, identifying opportunities for further improvement. You update your project plans, celebrate successes, and share lessons learned with the wider team. Before you log off, you check in with your line manager, reflecting on the week's achievements and planning for the next wave of change.

  • You're passionate about making a difference, bold in your approach, and genuinely care about people's experience of change.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and priorities with ease.
  • You're a natural communicator, able to influence, empower, and build strong relationships at all levels.
  • You bring experience in change management, project delivery, and benefits realisation-ideally in a digital or public sector setting.
  • You're always looking for ways to innovate, improve, and help others succeed.
