Our mission: to enable businesses to grow and reimagine themselves by becoming advocates and champions for their Customers. With deep heritage and expertise in retail – one of the world’s most competitive markets, with a deluge of multi-dimensional data – dunnhumby today enables businesses all over the world, across industries, to be Customer First.

dunnhumby employs nearly 2,500 experts in offices throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas working for transformative, iconic brands such as Tesco, Coca-Cola, Meijer, Procter & Gamble and Metro.

Are you a change leader with retail expertise and a passion for data-led transformation?

At dunnhumby, we’re seeking a Change Manager to lead initiatives that reshape Tesco buyers' operations, embedding insight-driven decision-making for measurable impact.

As part of our Transformation team, you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders to promote the adoption of new tools and processes, ensuring that change programs deliver tangible benefits for Tesco, CPGs, and dunnhumby.

What you’ll do:
  • Collaborate with business leaders and clients to identify transformation needs and define future-state visions across people, process, and technology.
  • Develop and implement change roadmaps and plans, managing stakeholder expectations and aligning with strategic objectives.
  • Encourage Tesco stakeholders to adopt data-driven practices, clearly articulating the benefits and impact of change.
  • Lead change activities within programs, including stakeholder assessments, communication and engagement planning, training needs analysis, and case-for-change development.
  • Monitor and evaluate change interventions during delivery, adjusting approaches to optimize adoption and engagement.
  • Coach line managers and support leadership continuity throughout transformation programs.
  • Promote best practice change methodologies and help build a scalable, change-ready culture at dunnhumby.
  • Track and sustain change outcomes through benefits management and realization.
What you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in change management and business transformation within retail or CPG environments.
  • Strong influencing skills with senior commercial stakeholders, ideally within Tesco or similar organizations.
  • Expertise in embedding data-driven decision-making processes and driving the adoption of new tools.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience delivering measurable impact through transformation programs.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Thought leadership in change management and operational excellence.
